So,yesterday was barbeque day..(and the day before hehe!) and I made these foodalicious bell peppers stuffed with picadillo de chorizo,cheddar cheese and eggs.
These look pretty awesome. Last night I stuffed and grilled Italian peppers with quinoa cooked in veggie broth, fire roasted tomatoes, garlic, and pepper-jack cheese. Grilled up some steak tips with the pappers and nomm nomm nomm…
